There isn’t a quick-fix for your health or fitness issues. Stop looking for the latest gadget, program or quick-fix pill. Prepare for the long haul by starting small.
Start with ONE THING. Something simple like balancing on one foot while brushing your teeth each morning. Practice it every day. When you get pretty good at THING ONE, make it a little harder or simply do more of THING ONE!
Next, find your THING TWO. Continue practicing until you are really good at both of your things. What’s next? You guessed it ~ find your THING THREE!
As your “things” become habits, add a few more things without letting go of your previous things. Simple things become HABITS that can result in a healthier LIFESTYLE and momentum, moving you closer to your health and fitness goals.
