    FAQs

Where will we conduct workout sessions?

My strong preference is for us  to workout in your own home, but anything is possible. Your gym? My gym? Your home? I do not have a brick and mortar location.

Actually, we can get it done with your own body weight, earth’s gravity, plus a few simple gadgets that I will provide. Most clients start collecting resistance bands, small dumbbells as they begin building their own home gym.
It depends on what you need, but many of my clients feel confident meeting with me once or twice per week and completing a few workouts at home each week on their own.  Learning as we go could save you some money! I am always available to coach you virtually throughout the week as needed.

That designation can be misunderstood. I am not a “Dietician”. I can’t prescribe specific meal plans. But I am well trained to guide you toward healthier nutrition habits. You can’t exercise your way out of a bad diet, especially when it comes to weight management. Behavior Change and Weight Loss Specialist credentials are closely related and work together for your benefit.

The cost per session be as low as $40 based on a number of variables. There are discounts for a longer contract (3, 6, or 12 month available), paying for the full contract period up front, working out with a partner or group of 3. Payment options include Venmo, check or cash.
