SERVICES

Customized Fitness Training will include any and everything I am qualified to teach and coach. Clients often employ me to address a specific issue or deficiency. But the path to overall fitness and health involves the fine-tuning of many areas related to lifestyle. Please refer to “The Right Trainer” page to determine if am qualified to deliver the services YOU need.

Training packages of 3, 6 and 12 months are offered. OR, you can choose to pay for each session as you go. A session is at least 50 minutes to include working out, teaching, learning, assessing your progress and addressing your changing needs. I am usually able to go a little longer if we are on a roll!

COST

The price for every client depends on many factors and is customized just like your training.

 

My rates are very reasonable and cost is rarely an issue for those who feel I am the right trainer for them. If you and I are a good fit, I trust you will contact me to discuss details including cost. I can be very creative in finding affordable ways for us to work together, and a variety of discounts are available.

Details regarding cost are often the first information sought by prospective clients! I hate to disappoint, but your cost will depend on the complexity of your training needs and health history. My pricing is quite reasonable and has rarely been an issue for past and current clients. While there are more important considerations than cost, I get it. IF you think I am the right trainer for your needs, I think we can get to an affordable price for you.

  • Support for special conditions such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke and more.

About Cost

First things first. If you think we are a good match, call me. If you want to know more, or would like to meet in person, call me. I’m fairly certain you won’t be disappointed with the value offered. I am more concerned with the match than the money. If you think I am the right trainer for you, I will do my best to provide some pricing options that work for your budget.

DISCOUNTS

  • Working out with a partner at the same time and place
  • Number of sessions per week. More sessions per week = lower cost per session.
  • Longer commitment. Options include 3, 6, and 12 month contracts.
  • Paying for the entire contract up front, as opposed to monthly.
  • Active referrals. Your rate is discounted as long as your referral remains an active client.
